Validation questionnaire

1- How do you obtain your users' consent to receive messages from your bot?

Explain how consent is obtained. If consent is obtained via a website or application, please provide URL links.

This information is required to publish your bot.

2- What actions trigger messages from your bot to the user?

When is the bot's first message to the user triggered? Are messages systematically sent at the same time and date? Do user actions (clicks, purchases) or external actions (delivery of a parcel, sending of a quote) trigger the bot?

3- How does your bot interact with your users?

Describe here the most common interactions between the bot and users, but also those that are possible even if less common.

4- Describe the messages your bot sends to your user when he withdraws his consent to receive messages?

If a user sends the word "STOP", your bot must reply to confirm that he has withdrawn his consent and will no longer receive messages, unless he grants it again. Once this confirmation has been sent, your bot can only resume sending messages if the user renews his consent. Your bot must be able to identify the word "STOP" and its equivalents in the different languages it supports.
