A personalized transmitter to identify itself in a clear and simple way
By personalizing the sender of your SMS messages, you can, for example, display your brand name as the sender of SMS so that your customer can identify you directly. The recipient will then receive a SMS that displays the chosen name (company name, brand, etc.) instead of a standard mobile or short number.
NAMELY:
- this option is only available for SMS Pro.
- Thecustomised transmitter must be a maximum of 11 characters long, without spaces or special characters.
- if you use this option, you will not receive a reply to your SMS.
How do I manage custom senders?
How do I manage custom issuers on your customer space?
Complete, independent management of your personalized senders, to be used when sending SMS pro campaigns, is accessible at any time and in just a few clicks from your customer area. To do so, go to the "Settings" menu, then click on "Senders" (1).
All your personalized sender names appear , and you can delete them at any time, create new ones or set a default sender name. All your actions are immediately taken into account; when you enter a new SMS Pro mailing, you can choose your sender name from the list thus created.
How do I create a new customised transmitter name?
In this issuer name management area, click on the "Add" button (2) at the top right.
A popup window appears. Enter the desired new sender name in the text field and confirm by clicking on "Create".
Warning:
This transmitter MUST be a maximum of 11 characters long and may not contain any special characters or spaces.
How do I delete one or more customised transmitter names?
Click on the box next to the name of the sender(s) to be deleted (3).
Confirm by clicking on the "Delete" button at the top right of the list (4).
How do I use an issuer name as the default issuer?
Click on thestar (5) in front of the transmitter name to be set as default.
A popup window appears. Confirm the use of this transmitter as default by clicking on the "Use as default" button.
