The smsmode© ticketing platform facilitates the interaction between our clients and our advisors. For each request, the Help desk software assigns a manager who will be responsible for processing your message within a specified time frame.
- Ask your question or query directly on the ticketing interface
- A ticket is then created. It will have an "active" status as long as the application is not processed.
- Once our support has responded best to your request, this ticket is closed.
- You are directly informed by a mail alert of the ticket closing.
